豆豆炒豆豆 Sautéed Beans & Peas

材料 Ingredients
法式四季豆 French String Bean1 磅 lb (450g)
冷凍去莢蠶豆 Frozen shelled broad bean1/2 杯 cup
冷凍去莢毛豆 Frozen shelled edamame 1/2 杯 cup
冷凍青豆 Fronzen pea 1/2 杯 cup
蒜末 Minced garlic 1 小匙 tsp
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 2 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt 1/4+1/3 小匙 tsp
雞高湯 Chicken Stock 1/4 杯 cup

做法
1.將四季豆洗乾淨﹐頭尾摘除。
2.炒鍋燒熱後加入橄欖油,四季豆,1/4小匙鹽翻炒1分鐘。續加高湯,加蓋用中火煮2分鐘。
3.加入蠶豆,毛豆,青豆,蒜末和1/3小匙鹽翻炒到四季豆達到你喜歡的軟度。



Procedure
1.Rinse the string beans and snip the ends off.
2.Add the olive oil, string beans and 1/4 tsp. of salt in a heated wok and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the stock. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
3.Stir in the broad beans, edamame, peas, garlic and 1/3 tsp. of salt. Continue to sauté until the string beans reach your desired tenderness.
