做法
1. | 將四季豆洗乾淨﹐頭尾摘除。 |
2. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入橄欖油,四季豆,1/4小匙鹽翻炒1分鐘。續加高湯,加蓋用中火煮2分鐘。 |
3. | 加入蠶豆,毛豆,青豆,蒜末和1/3小匙鹽翻炒到四季豆達到你喜歡的軟度。 |
Procedure
1. | Rinse the string beans and snip the ends off. |
2. | Add the olive oil, string beans and 1/4 tsp. of salt in a heated wok and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the stock. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. |
3. | Stir in the broad beans, edamame, peas, garlic and 1/3 tsp. of salt. Continue to sauté until the string beans reach your desired tenderness. |
